Our Team and Expansion
We started with a stand in San Antonio and eventually expanded to Austin. Today, we operate a restaurant in Austin (Parmer Ln) and San Antonio (Cupples Rd), in addition to food trucks on North Lamar, FM812, and Slaughter Ln.
Our local team includes cooks, food truck operators, and staff committed to offering excellent service at every location.
Quality and Ingredients
We take pride in selecting first-rate ingredients: freshly made soft tortillas, quality meats, and homemade salsas. We do not use unnecessary preservatives, and our preparation is as artisanal as possible.
Traditional Recipes
Every recipe is a piece of our Regio heritage. We have classic stews like bean, potato & chorizo, creamy poblano strips, shredded beef, and pressed pork rind, to satisfy all tastes.
